I don't know anything about vehicles, aside from changing the oil and putting in coolant and taking it to the mechanic when there's a strange sound/smell/fluid puddle.
But I do know that my Grand Cherokee is a loyal friend that forgives lapses of judgment. I bet yours is, too.![]()

It lives, but I ended up needing a new battery as well.

Credit TFOGGER : Liberals only want things to be "fair and just" if it benefits them.
Credit Zundfolge: The left only supports two "rights"; Buggery and Infanticide.
Credit roberth: List of things Government does best; 1. Steal your money 2. Steal your time 3. Waste the money they stole from you. 4. Waste your time making you ask permission for things you have a natural right to own. "Anyone that thinks the communists won't turn off your power for being on COAR15 is a fucking moron."
For me I always loose the water pump, starter and alternator all within a few hundred miles of each other. I just usually plan on doing the trio when the first one goes along with belts and hoses.

Here is a trick I always seem to forget.
Put the new water pump off to the side, pull the old bolts out and put them in the new pump in the place they came out of the old pump. This will save you about 40 curse words and 25 mins.

2005 jeep wrangler Unlimited Rubicon is now throwing the following codes.
P0016 - Crankshaft / Camshaft timing misalignment / out of synchronization (in stored codes twice)
P0335 - Crankshaft position sensor circuit (in stored codes twice)
P0300 Multiple cylinder misfire
Likely culprit the crankshaft position sensor or could the cylinder one be from the year old crap gas that I added new gas to?
