So, I've been trying understand how any man can get through life without owning a pick up truck. I probably got my first truck when I was twenty and have had one ever since.
One of my coworkers doesn't own a truck and I just don't get it. Carpentry is his biggest hobby and he will strap lumber to the roof of his mini van. He recently bought a new table saw and had it delivered.
Don't misunderstand me. It's not like I haul stuff in my truck or tow things very often. But when I need to or want to I can do it on a moments notice.
I saw a couple of metrosexual looking college aged guys at Lowe's recently who bought themselves a new grill. They took it out of the box and had parts and pieces stuffed everywhere they could get them in their Toyota Corolla. They were trying to figure out how the second guy was going to get home since he could no longer fit in the car with all of the grill parts and pieces in there. I just laughed, got in my truck, and left.
So, for those of you who don't own a truck, how do you guys do it?
Inquiring minds want to know.
