    Default Cheap LED flashlights

    Hey all,

I am in the market for a cheap LED flashlight for my wife. It will go in her safe accompanied by her revolver.

I don't feel the need to spend $80 on a surefire or streamlight for it to just sit in a safe its whole life. I was thinking something around the $20 range.

For those of you who have a decent flashlight that puts out at least 75 lumens or more what do you recommend?

    Thanks

How about the Redline Nebo? I have one in each truck as a backup to my Surefires.

For personal safety I have a surefire next to the gun by the bed. For less severe needs I have two ultrafires in the truck.

Go to Costco. They have a 2 pack of C powered cree flashlights. They are stupid bright, perfect reliability and I think I got mine for $20-25 for the 2 pack.

I got a 2 for $25 deal at...Costco *shivers* with some Duracell flashlights. They've got adjustable focus, low, high, and strobe modes, and are extremely bright. I've been using them for two hours or so each night during my last three camping trips and the batteries have yet to go on me. I don't expect them to be decade-long flashlights, but damn if it's not the best $25 I ever spent.

    EDIT:

I placed an order for two of the Cree 7W 300LM Mini LED. I watched a youtube video on it and they are stupid bright.

    Thanks for the advice.
