Default New 5FDP video has powerful message about our veterans...

Even if you don't like their music, the video (you can hit mute if you really need to) they made is powerful! Honestly, it brought tears to my eyes...

It makes me f***ing sick how our country is mistreating and neglecting our vets... Many, including myself, don't bear many external scars sustained during our service, but no veteran should be left behind, left to rot, or left without help. The way our government has been treating veterans is so disgusting I can barely think about it without wanting to scream in anger. Instead our own government would rather help refugees and illegals, instead of our own who are suffering within our own borders. And it's not just our government... look at any social media, watch the news, listen to conversations on the street. What are we preoccupied with? Kim & Kanye, Robin Williams, that new movie that just came out. So much bullshit people take for granted that don't even realize the cost of what they enjoy. I'm not saying folks shouldn't live the way they do, they get that right paid for in blood by good men and women, I just wish we didn't let them slip through the cracks when they come home. Especially when so many are in pain and feel there is no other way to alleviate that pain besides the final, awful way.

Meanwhile, since Mr. Williams' passing, 7 veterans (at the time of this writing) took their own lives, just FYI.

Actually robin Williams did a lot with the USO so I'm more inclined to lament about him than Kim and Kanye. But to each their own.

Agreed Stoner. Not to say I'm going to get misted up over it but I saw Robin Williams on stage in Iraq and Djibouti. He did a great job making service members laugh.

And FFDP is sick. Their cover of Bad Company was on my "rolling out to get frisky" mix for a while.
