Probably would have went better if I had, guess I'll see how it goes on finishing it up tomorrow. Just need to finish up some trimming and fine tuning so the bolt rides smooth. Here's to hoping I don't end the day tomorrow wishing I'd just have bought a stupid wasr instead.
Guess kids in Afghanistan can build ak's in a cave but I can't seem to build one in my garage. I give up, should have just bought a stupid WASR. Would have been cheaper and saved me the frustration of another failed project.
I have some 80% polsaki bends, needs rails and holes drilled. You drive up, pay me a few federal reserve notes, take them home. tripped over 1 yesterday. It has to go, cause i'm not putting it away.

I appreciate the offer, but sadly I now need more than a reciever to get a built gun out of the mess I have left. I'm going to leave the ak building to others.
What all do you need? I have a ton of extra parts as do others here.

I'm going to just call it what it is and leave it as a failed attempt. I have the welder, drill press and shop press, if I ever decide ro do another down the road I will just start from scartch. Thanks for trying ton help though. I bit off more than I could chew it seems.
Okay! We have people here who taught me how to build them. Reach out when you are ready.
