    Default Fresh quiche NW side?

Anybody know a bakery or somewhere else that makes and sells whole fresh quiche on my side of town? there used to be a bakery in Golden near the old armory/now prison, but that place is long gone.

You don't know what you're missing. What's not to like about eggs, cheese and bacon in a pie?

Like sneakerd wrote. If there's bacon in it, think of it as bacon pie and your man card is restored.

Nah that would be in a burrito.

To the op: aside from homemade, tony's market or marczyk make pretty decent ones.

I like quiche and about twice a year I get the urge to make my own. I am not so good at making the crust so I just buy a crust from the market. There are endless recipes out there, I use one from a old Betty Crocker cookbook and vary the ingredients to my mood and taste at the time. Easy to do and keeps in the fridge well.

    Try it, you'll like it.

While on a semi similiar topic that the La Patisserie got me thinking about. Anyone know north end (From kinda northern metro area up thru greeley) anything great German bakery/deli style? I had heard of places in longmont/greeley but never been.

I really miss from living in Germany a lot of the nifty little pastries (to me word pastry doesnt do them justice) and soft pretzels and other things you just dont see here. I also miss Lieberkase, braunschweiger I've tried here is disgusting.

I would straight up murder something for an assortment of marzipan things. (And I miss this kinda sweet marzipan and slivered almond sweet bakeries had.)
