    Default 60sec wait time for PMs

    Why is there a 60sec wait time for PMs? Is this something that could maybe be changed for users with a certain post count? I don't know about everybody else but I usually respond to all my PMs at once, and it's a pain sometimes to have to wait to respond after you respond to a pm with "thanks anyway" or something short and move on.

    It's not the end of the world - certainly not complaining. Just wondering if it actually serves a purpose or not.

    It will be a couple of days before I can get to it... But I can have it lower that to something like 15 seconds once a use has been here for 30 days.
