Default I thought a US made parts kit would be too expensive?

Just saw this today... Anyone know more about it, like who makes the parts?

Sweet, all pinned and pressed and ready to go huh? Seems like it might be cheap in more ways then one, but could it really be any worse then a Romanian? (OK no chrome lined barrel so there's a one up for Romak stuff)

Maybe once I am caught back up from surgery I will grab one for the boy to finish his build if they're still available.

I was just staring at the pics and noticed something.......is there no rivet holes in the front trunnion?

I would guess there are only enough US made parts in the kit to meet 922R compliance. My guess is it has the Tapco trigger parts, a new US barrel, probably the gas piston, and the furniture. The rest is most likely surplus stuff. Probably Romanian or whatever.

I've seen a few people manufacturing rear trunnions but nobody I know of making front trunnions and barrel parts.
Maybe CNC Warrior?I remember him or Mat Yeoman(guns northwest) making Chinese front trunnions.I wonder if Rachel Ray would know?

The description says "ALL new U.S made parts."

If you look at the front trunnion it still needs the rivet holes drilled. If it was a combloc surplus part it would already have them.

My biggest question would be, is the bolt and trunnion properly hardened? I know they make us trigger gaurds and I've been hearing rumors of U.S trunnions being made. Haven't seen anyone make a U.S bolt or carrier yet.

Not necessarily, the virgin trunnions are just that.No holes drilled except for maybe the bullet guide. There was a while ago these were available from un assembled rifles, Serbian I believe. Although the virgin trunnions commend top dollar.

The parts are manufactured by IO Inc. in Florida.
They are selling off sets of unbuilt rifle parts since they don't have orders for the complete rifles.
That is why the holes are not yet drilled in the trunnions, these are taken off the assembly line before they go into the fixture that drills those holes.
The front trunnion is made different than a European part, there is no separate bullet guide.
IO Inc/Royal Tiger Imports had a booth at Shot Show where they were displaying the parts and the complete guns.
They also had a few firearms from ARCHER in Poland.
