Diet and exercise, the exercise part is tough for many of us because we have so many other constraints on our time. We have to remember that we need to take a little time for ourselves and do a little workout, it'll make our futures brighter.

Good for you Ron! FWIW- I know 2 folks that went through the same thing. 5 years later they both say it was the best thing they ever did.

Not really sure, but 185 kinda sticks in my mind. That would be ~150lbs lost. Don't know if that's realistic or not. Basically just don't want to be fat anymore.

Congrats!! My wife also works for Kaiser and I recently had surgery for my deviated septum. Also loving those spousal benefits! Haha. I hope you have a speedy recovery. It was my first surgery and I hope I don't have to have any more. Feeling great now though.
