Good for you Ron! While I don't really know much about the bypass part.. You get out what you put in after that thing is removed.. You eat like shit, the weight will come back.
There's a lot more of us ugly mf'ers out here than there are of you pretty people!

That's the thing about the gastric bypass, it's damn hard to eat like shit! Gut can't tolerate sugars anymore, and I can't quite eat 1/2 cup of anything. Gotta concentrate on protein #1, carbs are dead last. Breads are out, takes up too much space.
Here's a pic of it, pretty drastic.....

I've known people that stretched that pouch out and went right back to where they were before.
Congrats on your achievement. Success is less about numbers and more about how you feel. You'll eventually find your sweet spot.

I wish technology solved people issues. It seems to just reveal them.

Awesome! As a few others have said, numbers aren't super important - Go until you really love the way you look and feel again!
The biggest change you can make is in what you eat. My wife is a personal trainer with a background in nutrition. If you don't eat right, you're wasting an awful lot of effort and money, but if you eat good portions of healthy and natural foods, you can go as far as you want to. We have a close friend who had the surgery 3 years ago. She went from 340 to ~150 (she's 5'11") and now she owns and operates a 24hr fitness gym in New Orleans. She just turned 50 last year. She stands on her soapbox all day long making it clear that we are the only thing limiting ourselves. Sometimes it takes something drastic like the surgery to jumpstart you, but then the ball is in your court and it's totally up to you how the game turns out. Keep it up, man!![]()
