i was just being sarcastic acting like I was your neighbor, but I completely agree with you.
My buddy has one of those in his neighborhood. He does the same thing with his ford powerstroke (noisy pieces of shit to start before the aftermarket crap), during the week. Then on the weekend they start working on the custom bikes super early till late and night. And to top it off the neighbor across from this is into I think dirt track or maybe drag racing so high horsepower engines firing off all times of day are quite common.
I'm going to call the cops every time I have to see his bitch ass face. That should make things better!

I have personally been punched in the face by Lex_Luthor. How many of you can say that?

Haha, well it wasn't exactly a punch to be fair!

Have been in the same boat, only it wasn't our dog's fault, it was my idiot cousin who has the most undisciplined dog on earth. Her dog comes over from time to time (or at least did) and will sometimes sit outside for hours on end barking at nothing. We have a dog door, so when we're away the dogs can go outside at their leisure. First we heard of it? Neighbor called JCSO animal control and we got a ticket (that my cousin was forced to pay). I can sympathize with both situations, but in the end, it's best to be neighborly. Instead of calling the cops on the first offense, come over and tell me there's a problem. Besides, it's something that someone can do something about. Unlike the dbags at my GF's apartment complex that all seem to drive by at excessively high RPMs and squeal their tires. Little pricks have a little HP and think they're Vin Diesel or something. Now that drives me nuts.

One thing that really sucked was when I put down the kids and they finally went to sleep only to be woke up by dogs barking at night. 9:45-10:00pm might not seem that late to an adult, but it is 2hrs past bedtime for a little kid that needs to get up early for school. If your neighbor didn't talk to you prior to calling animal control, that is not cool; or if this was an isolated incident. If it happens frequently, then that is what usually leads to the call.
I have one neighbor who lets his dogs bark, and that same 9:30-10:30pm was the worst of it because we were in bed. We couldn't keep the windows open when we went to bed at night; it really sucked in the summer. I finally had to call animal control. I put up with it for six years, I sent him a letter that included the county ordinance, and I made several calls. I gave him one year to fix the problem; he didn't care, so I finally called animal control. When I lived in Aurora, I put a lot of time and effort into training my dogs not to bark, because I didn't want them barking at people walking on the sidewalk along the fence.
I predict future happiness for Americans if they can prevent the government from wasting the labors of the people under the pretense of taking care of them.
