Re gearing a Jeep (who is the go to shop for swapping gearing in axles)?

I have 37s on my 4.5in 2012 4-door…. as I still drive it 80mph on the 470 quite a bit.

Wow.
I could barely get my STOCK (2009) 4 door Rubicon up to 80mph on a flat road.
