But now the RO has possession. Can he maintain it for < 72 hours before turning it into who, the police? Has he violated any law by taking possession of it? Did he take possession of it from you? It's an unsecured weapon for cryin out loud. I guess you're supposed to stay away from such a dangerous military ghost gun assault style 30 magazine clip laser guided heat seeking death machine and just let the po po handle it?
