    Default 30-06 ammo?

Looking for bulk. Practice, blaster type stuff. Who is selling it?

30-06 doesn't seem very common anymore and I would prefer no corrosive or steel cased. Been looking at the normal online seeker sources (ammoseek, gunbot, etc) and not seeing much at all for anything around 70c a round. Not opposed to tracers if they meet my other limitations on corrosion and case.

I would love to find some api, but I know I would need to pay through the nose for that. I figure some garand supplier websites might have something, but I don't typically roll the garand attitude, so I haven't found much. I figured there were some garand guys on here with some suggestions.

Yep, especially if you want different bullets than standard 150gr. M2 ball FMJ's. .30-06 can be loaded with a wide variety of bullet types and powders, from 110gr. to 220gr., some even make "gallery loads" with round balls. Then there's casting your own bullets, and a whole new world of choices there.

Sorry I wasn't more help (I haven't bought factory ammo since 2008). Reloading might not be the answer you were looking for, but it's literally a fraction of the cost (use half as a nice number to start with).

You can get stupid doing that though. Some reason, thought I'd own an M-1 Garand someday, and now I have like 1100 rounds of loaded -06. Only have 2 bolts and a Remington 740 Semi Auto in the house. Dare say, I'll still have -06 from that winters' load when I die.

The Greek surplus from CMP is about $.60 per round and it reloads well too.

Not quite as cheap as the Greek CMP ammo, but Wideners has some bulk PRVI ammo for $0.74/round. Link here --> https://www.wideners.com/itemdetail....dir=18|830|850
