Ammended on July 31, 2014. It was ammended to be more vague. Bush's original was specific to SARS as a single illness, BO ammended it to say it can be any number of illnesses...which just so happens to include ebola. Of course the revisions were made long after Ebola took off this time...coincedence?

Notice it says this section doesn't include influenza. They didn't need to include it because Bush included the VERY vague term in his original.

I have no doubt in the government's ability (addiction) to use every chance they get to take more control. I agree they'll come up with something new. They use the opportunities to quietly put laws on the books in reserve...to use as they desire in the future.

Fucking outstanding. Definitely bought tickets for a weekend away at the end of October with the wife to Dallas yesterday. Hopefully this is the only case and it will have blown over by then. Although the whole "we have more infrastructure than Africa so it couldn't spread like it does there" bullshit that I've read more than once from MSM outlets don't make me feel all warm and fuzzy.
