The CDC lists Ebola as a catagory A bio-terrorism agent defined as:

"High-priority agents include organisms that pose a risk to national security because they:

- can be easily disseminated or transmitted from person to person;

-result in high mortality rates and have the potential for major public health impact;

-might cause public panic and social disruption; and

-require special action for public health preparedness

But please, public, believe the government when they tell you Ebola is almost impossible to catch. Yes, the CDC might classify ebola as an easily transmisable bio-terrorism agent that has the potential for a major public health impact...but disregard all that technical nonsense and instead trust what the CDC guy on the news tells you...it's no big deal.
