Dunno about Rocky Mountain Brewery but Red Leg has various food trucks (no kitchen).

Yep. Make sure you get the Fried Cheese Curds from the food truck!
Yep. Decent beer, some interesting brews, decent (pricey) food, but lots of yuppies. I do really like the BBQ sauce they give with their sweet potato fries.
