When you want to come up to Ft. Collins, shoot me a PM and I will clue you in on some I like.

Dillon Dam is a good stop on the way back from the slopes. Bull & Bush Pub is one of my favorites, in Cherry Creek... they claim their IPA as their trademark beer, but their coffee stout (maybe it was a porter?) is one of my absolute favorites and even the coffee used is local. Breckenridge Brewery in Denver makes a good Vanilla Porter. There's one in Castle Rock on the west side of I25, I don't recall the name but they weren't bad.
The liquor store off Main & Parker has a buttload of CO beer and you can build your own 6 packs.
There's a guy in Centennial or Englewood that makes a really good chocolate stout, I'll see if I can dig up his info.

I dont drink but I hear Odells is all the rage up here in the fort the food is suppose to be real good also. My nehibors seem to like ft collins brewery also.
Don't be stupid!!!!!
Has Bull & Bush gotten better? I stopped going there years ago when the beer was mediocre, availability was off/on and the service sucked.

+1 for Odells. Always liked that place. If anyone is ever down in my state. I highly recommend Santa Fe Brewing Company and Second Street Brewing in Santa Fe. Taos Brewing, Eskes and Blue Heron are good in the Taos Area. Only place I've tried in Albuquerque is Chama River Brewing, pretty good. Second Street in Santa Fe is by far my favorite for NM beers, great burgers too.
Comrade Brewing is a good one. As is Copper Kettle. And of course, Dry Dock. Those 3 I semi-frequent.
Keep Calm and Carry.
