Reported that Sargent at Arms shot an killed a shooter. Apparently other security personnel were not armed. WTF?

This was in the Parliament and not the Memorial where the soldier was shot.
Cpl. Nathan Cirillo, 24, identified as the soldier who was shot, killed at the War Memorial today.

Nah: less than half of French Canadians wants this.
