Default Spent brass and metal recyclers?

I took a bunch of .38spl brass to Western Recycling on W. Oxford and was told they won't take it. Any one know a place? I'm sure I'm not the first to ask about this, wasn't having search luck, thanks.

Golden recycling in golden does. Pretty good prices for it too. Or at least good enough for me. I take spent brass and aluminum there every other month.
avoid Action Recycling in arvada !!!! They are rude, no help, and all around dicks to deal with.

I'd think there'd be reloaders either here or in your locality that would take it.

Was this GOOD brass? Or worn out, split, smashed, dented, etc.? Ain't no reason to scrap any brass that's reloadable, someone will buy it!

Oh, and how much did you have? You may not have had enough to make it worth their trouble.

What is good reloadable brass(9mm and .40) worth? I have been saving it thinking I might get into reloading. Don't see it happening anytime soon. Could use some cash instead.

If it is totaly unreloadable (split, separated, etc), might as well recycle it, or sell to someone who uses brass to swage jackets. If you save up a couple of 5gallon buckets worth, next time you are in the springs, koscove metal recycling here in the springs will take it. you'll probably only get 20 to 40 dollars for it. not exactly sure of the prices right now. They also used to sell me lead and wheel weights, but suddenly stopped. not sure why. (probably because I was there once a week)
