Default Winchester 94 .44mag AE Carrier replacement

So the carrier in these rifles are known to be shit. My broke in 100rds. Gotta love MIM. I purchased a milled replacement. Took it apart installed new one and now the carrier is not elevating high enough. I took it back apart and couldn't tell if there was a high part on the carrier that needed fitting or if I just didn't assemble correctly. I am leaning on not a correct install as one of the time the action seized up on me and I had to take apart the rifle to get the action to work again. I'm taking a break from the shop and will post pics once the frustration subsides.
