Seeing how the .gov was paying $600-1200 for toilet seats, why not. IMO had they billed @ legit mfg prices, doubt anyone would have been the wiser. The Government doesn't like it when you charge them more than they take from you.Originally Posted by HoneyBadger

The more incriminating fact is that had they kept it at about $1,500 per can they likely would have never been caught and would have cleaned up a pretty healthy profit still.Why the heck were they charging so much?? Did they get greedy or what?
