What i thought were squibs (see ammo & reloading forum) hint ended up being not enough crimp in case. After some consulting with other reloaders AND calling hornady. The general consensus was 1: increase crimp 2: slower burning powder. So i did a tighter crimp and used Unique instead of TG for the rifle.
