Hell yes! I was there at the Evergreen town hall meeting, and spoke... I even asked her if she was going to stick to the party line BS and she flat out lied to me. She didn't listen to her constituents and we showed her the door. Don't let it hit ya where the good lord split ya, bitch.

Is she officially gone? The SOS sight says that three of four counties are reporting with one county still out, it also says "unofficial results"......please....please tell me the woman is gone!

Ballotpedia says that Neville won, with a caveat that as of Nov 6 one county still hadn't reported. How is it that 3 days after the polls close your county hasn't reported?

Adams county had the surveyor's office open and no candidates. It was write-in only. That meant they had to hand check every submitted ballot.

Yeah, I heard that on the Michael Brown Show the other day... That's kind of hilarious if you really think about it. Imagine the conversation when they're vetting to see if some of the write-ins really were residents of the county:
"Hey Bob, I have a Homer Sectual on here, but can't find him as a resident of the county."
"Um Dale, say that name again... Toss it out."

Signature cures and military ballots are the only factors that are still in play. Neither will change the outcome of any state legislative race. It is possible that those factors could bring one, maybe two, races into the .5% margin required for an automatic recount. Keep in mind that there is no statutory significance to a candidate conceding a race. Waving the white flag and admitting defeat doesn't stop the statutory process of curing signature disputes on mail-in ballots or receiving and counting military ballots. Still, the Republicans have conceded the House majority to the Democrats and the Democrats have conceded the Senate majority to the (we) Republicans. Why? The results aren't going to change. The final counts will change slightly, but the results (winners/losers) won't.

Senators Nicholson and Zenzinger, along with Representatives McLachlan, Exum, and May (All Democrats) will be former members of the Colorado General Assembly as of January 7, 2015. While this was a General Election, there was pent up frustration, a holdover from the 2013 recall elections/forced resignation. Add in Morse, Giron, and Hudak and the total is now six seats and seven members (Zenzinger replaced Hudak), have lost due, at least in part, to the 2013 Democrats' citizen-contol legislation.
