Ok so I will admit I work for them and I do xfinity home work. The cameras take a little voodoo magic to work and if they have been unplugged during a firmware update or anything they are "bricked" and need to be replaced. Their are two "dongles" used for the camera, one for pairing and one for powering after they are paired, so you have to use the right one and it is directional so make sure it's plugged into the router right. In theory they are put into factory default when they are removed from the touchscreen in the settings. But you can hold the button on the camera for 60 seconds. Are they black or white cameras? In theory go to the settings, not sure if you can do the same stuff on the customer loggin as you can the tech loggin, but if not PM me and I can give you the tech loggin, but in the settings remove the cameras, then power them up with the dongle and after getting two green lights I would push and hold the reset button for 60 seconds, then when you have the green lights again try to pair them again in the settings. I have to run to town but I will watch that video when I get home and see what it says.
