    file a claim with the PO. there should be a copy with the MO number on it. they can cancel those checks, refund the money and get the deal finished.

    op, let the buyer do his thing with the PO.. you can wait or you can sell to someone else (depending on how hard up for the money you may be) (tough decision)

    Buyer was cool and told me to relist it as it will take 2 months for him to get his $$ back.
