BCG and Barrel help

I am part way through my AR build and its time to starting looking at BCG and barrels.

I don't want to spend top dollar money but don't want to get cheap stuff either.

Can you guys help me out. I'm looking for a 16in barrel with a 1:7 twist and a decent BCG.

I have complete uppers including Billet (NIW), also NIB BCG (MPI marked bolt) etc. sorry no bbls. AIM Surplus has a deal on a complete rifle, minus the lower receiver for $499. There are so many deals on line right now, it's a buyers market.
