so, he put himself in a really really bad place and he died for it. I would think they would teach Rangers not to do stupid things. If you go to places like that you do so without the luxury of calling your fellow Rangers for help. He was a Man and he knew what he was getting into. No sympathy from me. Had he been captured while a US soldier that was sent there, I would feel different.
Agreed. He fully knew the risks. He chose to risk his life to help others rather than sit on a couch watching football all day. I have more respect for him over 99% of Americans just for that 1 reason. He had his convictions and the balls to back them up. Speaking of that...what have some of you done to help anyone else lately? What would you risk your life for?
actually my family is quite active in volunteering. We just choose not to help muslims in a war zone. We spend our time volunteering to help Americans and American Veterans.
We dont go to war zones to help muslims. we dont go to africa to help people with ebola. both of those options would be stupid.
And I dont watch tv or football.

When he converted he spit on everything he fought for in the past.
Like I said, when are people going to understand the true nature of Islam? Islam stands in the face of everything that is good, holy, and true. Islam is utterly incompatible with the US Constitution.
Look in the mirror pal, there's your ignorance. Racist, what did I say that was racist, I didn't know Islam was confined to a race.
Personally, I dont care who he helped. People all over the world need help. And it breaks my heart to see anyone suffer needlessly. I dont care if he only SAID he converted to islam to save his only life. I would probably do the same thing. I just cant feel sorry for someone who puts them self in the middle of a war zone for some misguided reasons and it doesnt work out for them. We have lots of people who he could have helped here safely. There are volunteer positions all over the world where he could have helped in relative safety.
