    Blames distrust on police by "communities of color" by legacy of racism. How about legacy of criminality?

    Basically, he's saying it's all racism. He is totally stoking the fire.

    "That won't be done by throwing bottles, that won't be done by smashing car windows" as on the side of him a crowd tries to tip a cop car over. (And there goes the tear gas) (And fire #1)
