Default Need help with a Christmas gift

I want to buy my grandma a touch lamp for her living room, but she has bad vision. I need at least 80 watts. She is old school, so anything modern looking or stained glass is out. I like this one but it is only 40wa.

I think with the new energy regulations most fixtures are either 40w or 60w. Get that lamp and put a LED 80w equivalent bulb in it.

ETA: Just looked at the description a little closer. It comes with a 40w halogen bulb, it might be pretty bright.

I just bought some of the Cree bulbs and they are great, 75 and 100 watts are bright! Hopefully you can find a good lamp and just change the bulb.
