    I have. We did not discuss my firearms, because they're not titled assets, like a home. They're property, like a TV or anything else in my home. They can be part of your will or be dealt with as part of your estate. Since the Universal Background Check laws were passed, there's more to passing on a firearm to family member or individual than just listing them in your will.

    Thanks, that's one of the main parts I want to make sure we deal with properly.
