Default TheBelly's Builds (the Penny Pincher)

So, I was given this barrel nut. Well, I better assemble a gun.

seeing as the nut was free, lets see how inexpensive I can make a gun, mmmk?

Is this going to be like the thing where you start with a paper clip, then make several fortuitous trades until you get an entire house out of the deal?

It will probably end up like that, but the goal is to have as little money invested in this as possible yet still have a decently functioning AR to show for it.

Dude. You have the disease. Bad. You probably don't have much time left.

Assuming you don't have any other parts lying around, I bet you can build a functional AR for less than $250

When I get home tonight, I'm going to take an inventory and see what I've already got on hand.

There are some key components that I already know I'm missing: Mostly, the receivers, barrel, BCG, FCG, upper and lower parts, and.... I think maybe a charging handle.

BUT.. we'll see when it all comes out in the wash.

I have to break this build up into two parts: upper and lower. I refuse to pay for the extra amount of cash for the youtube that will allow me all the extra time to get this thing done in one unedited build.

As such, I've made the upper video, and (love it or hate it) it's being uploaded now.

I'm very grateful to everyone who has donated for this.
