    Okay, first things first. We need some basic info to assist you. My guess is you'll need to get equipment through your provider. Without meaning to be insulting, based off of your limited knowledge for this stuff, I also think it might be wise to have a trained tech do the install.

    What company did she set internet/phone service up wirh? Since you're in Florissant as my best friend is & he has to have Skybeam, I'm guessing that's who you're with. Is this correct?

    She went through Century Link. They wanted $100 for theirs. Wife said I could get it cheaper I guess. If it helps, it was 12, something, MB? GB?
