You might as well argue with a wall when it comes to the "thin blue line". It is a line that even the good ones won't cross without a serious reason. There will ALWAYS be the argument of "we don't know all the facts" or "exigent circumstances" and even when the full video is seen and coroner legally rules was a "homicide" there will always be a technicality. If you are not cop you are little people and we have no reason to "get over that". We little people are on the recieving end of this equation. Just because we are not all cops does not nullify our opinions. What we are seeing is that the AD (who has an inherent conflict of interest) is responsible for how the GJ runs and we are seeing the result. It is the independence that is missing here. Knowing the technicallities of the law(s) is another excuse used by slick lawyers, bad cops and tyrants. Not all laws are good or clear, even if they originally had a good intent. The facts of this are that a man DIED over cigaret taxes and resisting arrest (which is debateable, all he did is raise his hands and try to process the situation. He never attacked any cop.), which the coroner (independently, taking into consideration athsma, heart issues and obesity) classified as a Homicide and it did not even rate an indictment to let a jury decide. For the little people out here on the other side of that line, whom the police are supposed to be serving....... Something is wrong.
Bailey/Kazoo..... Don't care what you have to say on this anymore than you will actually read what I have to say. You are always right in your own mind(s) and are the poster child of the wall I described. Bailey I do have to thank you for making my point of the contempt you have for the little people... It says it all

Cigarette taxes, boosting cigars...... Smoking kills, and that is the true common denominator in these cases.

The Great Kazoo's Feedback
"when you're happy you enjoy the melody but, when you're broken you understand the lyrics".
The headlock was briefly used (approximately 8 seconds) to help take him to the ground.
He never lost consciousness during the time he was in a headlock.
He was breathing (speaking) during and for several seconds after the brief headlock.
He later died due to a number of preexisting health issues, exasperated by strenuous activity.
No indictment.
If he took off running down the street, chased by the cops, he would likely have died in the same manner - preexisting health issues.
Interesting article related to choke holds:

Yep, these are the same morons who camped out during the occupy nonsense. However, back then, they didn't have a common "cause" for protesting. Now they've found one and are trying again.
This administration is shaking up the bottle. I predict there will be a false flag event, perhaps an attempted assassination of a prominent black figure, that will pop the cork.
Then comes martial law and the people begging for more police/military protection as the war gets underway.
Stay safe.
choke hold was from about second 38 to somewhere near the 54 mark at least. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=j1ka4oKu1jo
