A friend suggested I check out the White House list of Presidential Executive Orders. Last order is on 10/17/14. NO listing for any order concerning immigration.

Presidential Memorandum, not Executive Orders. Just about anything the President does could be considered executive action.

IMO, this is another semantics game being played by the Administration.
