What description did the lady whose purse was stolen provide? Were there any other witnesses to the purse snatching? What description did they provide? Can I hold both the white male and black male for a short time and have the witnesses/victim do a show up within a short time after the crime took place?
Yup, way more to a profile than the pittance I offered.
