I am so tired of these protestors, do they work?

I got stuck in the one on 28th St. last week. 0 support for these "white breads", wanting to protest an event that happened two weeks ago, that has no effect on them.

Want to protest? Go to a park.

Why are they being allowed to shut down major thoroughfares?

No they don't. And this is the desired effect Me thinks. I'll quote myself from another thread.

Yeh the protesters were holding up banners (surprized they can spell.) saying "We Are Ferguson".

- Get folks dependent on "the system".
- These new "leeches" will now vote for whoever will give them more stuff for nothing.
- Gets the folks in office that like strong government. with more "programs" and more handouts and less rights for those who actually work for a living..
- Folks have nothing better to do all day except complain about things "they deserve".
- Kill a few of those fellow leeches in controversial ways.
- Leechers start civil unrest.
- Government must act with "Emergency Measures", taking away more rights.

Did anyone say what they actually hope to accomplish through all of these "die-ins?"

Find an alternate route, stop for some coffee or a bite to eat, just avoid the area if possible. I'm sure they will tire of this issue and move on to another very serious and worthwhile attempt to make themselves feel empowered to make the world a better place.
