    Those are cool. My heart is with Army but my brain is telling me Navy will win.

    Too bad it is illegal under US Code Title 36 Chapter 10 §176 (j)

    Meh, that is fine, I served my country so people could be free to do this I guess.

    Not against flag code because its not the US flag its the Navy Jack.

    I suppose. But to me it looks like a part of the US Flag (stripes) are used as a background for a serpent and put on an athletic uniform.

    So are you suggesting ANYTHING with red-and-white stripes be taken as a part of the US Flag and therefore be in violation? Candy canes, barbershop poles, holiday socks? This lighthouse?

    I get pissed off at how often the US Flag Code is ignored or violated these days, particularly when people want to use a flag for a wrap or when politicians and real estate agents send flag postcards out near Memorial Day or the Fourth of July, but objecting to those gloves is a bit much ...
