lol no, definitely not (when the test was ran at least). ARIN even shows my IP registered as Comcast Colorado

What modem are you chaps using? You might have an older modem only capable of those speeds which means your leaving speed on the table that you're paying for. Hence the DOCSIS 2.0 v DOCSIS 3.0 talk. It applies to you.

Are you guys plugged directly into your modem for those speed tests or running through a switch or wi-fi?
I'm running through a GbE switch and a Firebox x1000The X1000 is wire speed 100-300Mb/s.

I'm running through wi-fi plus I have MagicJack phone service and I didn't notice any difference.
