    What modem are you chaps using? You might have an older modem only capable of those speeds which means your leaving speed on the table that you're paying for. Hence the DOCSIS 2.0 v DOCSIS 3.0 talk. It applies to you.

    Had to do a RESET. Power cycle wasn't cutting it.
