A commenter to the posted article points out that Bush left the Florida Governorship in 2007 while the Tea Party didn't come into existence until 2009 so the email is almost assuredly fake.

This is all bullshit. Jeb is disliked by the ultra conservatives because of his progressive stance on immigration, and then he is getting bashed by Dems because he is a Bush. He is married to a women who is from Mexico, he's bi-lingual (English-Spanish) and his children all look Hispanic.
