Store video camera has pretty clear evidence of the perp raising the pistol at the officer. Looks like the officer wasn't wearing a body cam though.

What's really pissing me off is the Associated Press keeps hammering that it was a white cop shooting a black 18-year old. Over and over and over. Yet in Chicago there was a shooting and not once is race mentioned. Then, once again, the mom of the perp shot in Berkley, MO goes on how her son didn't have a gun etc etc, even though the perp had a criminal history that included armed robbery, unlawful use of a weapon and several assault charges. He was such a good boy right?

They always quote unarmed. Not 300lb individual who had tried to take a policeman's sidearm, did not comply with orders to stand down then charged the officer.

On the other side of that, I saw a lot of folks who lived there ( not rioters ) saying his ass deserved it. I am soooo sick of this stuff ( Christmas ...watching words ) on the news I could scream. There is no need to mention what the heck someone's background is. They only do it when it will cause mayhem. I never once Remeber John Holmes being described as the "whatever" shooter that shot up a theatre. It's all for TV ratings and Internet posts.
