Any suggestions within an hour of colorado springs (Woodland park area maybe??). My girls (4 and 6) are going nuts about getting out to get some sledding in.

Good hill just south of this Mcdonalds, facing S Rockrimmon.
There is a huge hill at cottonwood creek park, next to the rec center. I've been down it several times the last few years with my neice. BUT! It is very steep, and definitely not recommended for real young kids. At the bottom of the hill is the fence for the baseball fields.
I hurt my back pretty good two years ago at that fence.
instead, go to the hills on the other side of the playground area, that dumps you into the park itself. much safer, not as fast, and no baseball fields.
have fun and be carefull
oh, almost forgot, expect large crowds. there are always a bunch of people anytime it snows. especialy on the weekends.
just do a google search for cottonwood creek rec. center
eh, just saw how old your girls are. deffinitely stick with the smaller hills I told you about.
no problem, great spot, especialy during a fresh snow.
Mueller state park has great sledding. I took my nephews and my girls (7 and 11) sledding last week.
