    Default AR Upper ID?

    Hey all,
Picked up my first AR over the weekend, thought it was all built by Double Star, but after research and calling DS, I've found I have a pieced together rifle. The biggest puzzler to me right now is the manufacturer of the upper receiver. It has this marking stamped on it behind the shell deflector, but I can't ID it anywhere. Does anyone know who made this? Thanks for your help!

Did I sell that one to you? Are you a drummer? If you are, I still have the twin of that rifle and probably can find out more about it. Welcome to the site!

    Default Indeed

Alas, it is I. I'm curious to find out what the rifle is made from, especially the barrel/chamber. There are no markings or engravings anywhere on the barrel, even under the handguards.
