But...but...but...t's easier to outlaw hoodies than to fix broken government.

Wonder what is going to be next? Socks, shoes, hats... anybody hear the toilet bowl flushing.

    What a bunch of BS

Okay- I read the Bill. It stinks of ignorance and desperation. After you remove all of the exceptions, what you have left is, "It's a crime to conceal your identity when in the commission of a crime," and, "[Because this is happening and my constituents are squalling for us to do something,] we declare this an emergency and will make this a law as soon as it passes."

Seriously, these hand-wringing, crisis-management, slack-jawed mouth-breathers need to be cleared out of any position of authority. They've already got a law on the record that states exactly this- since the 1920s. That's like having a new law written up that states, "It's illegal to commit a crime."

Just wait and see, I'll bet that some low wattage CO. representative will pick up on this and try to ram rod a similar bill here.

And on a side note Grey, congratulation, you have survived a year on this site without getting banned.....

*facepalm* I've started the year off with the winning streak of writing "2014" 3 times already. I hope that doesn't serve as an omen for the upcoming year.

Usually takes me a lot longer than 4 days before I start beating myself up about it. I'll start catching on somewhere around March.
