Firearm ads and FFL info for the trading post forum

Our rules here (that everyone here signs the acknowledgement thread saying they have read, and will abide by them) states...

Compliance with new Colorado laws 01 JULY 2013

1. You must list in any ads for a firearm (or anything considered to be a firearm, e.g. a lower) that an FFL transfer is required.

The sentence
"an FFL transfer is required"
is mandatory.

If you are selling a firearm as a C&R, you must state in your ad that....you are selling this firearm as a Curio & Relic, which does not require an FFL transfer.

You can then suggest an FFL in your ad, but this alone, or....all rules apply, or...or... etc. is not enough.

The rules here state that you must put a price on anything you are selling, and a trade value on anything you want to trade.
If your ad disappears, and/or you are locked out of the trading post, you know why.
