    I was thinking the same thing (almost bought a house on Chestnut Hill LN 4 years ago), my first guess is an angry, confused teenager with a knife (or other sharp object) and family members trying to calm them down before the cops show up. Much easier to calm a situation down before the guns come out... this is not cop bashing, just relating real world experiences.

    That's a good thought. And maybe that's why DCSD isn't saying much because it involves the juvenile.

    Not this way at all on my street.

    We've had three houses sell in the last ~5 years all bought by families. One just had a baby and another is a multi-generation household which I kind of like because someone is always home. Everyone works and the only nuisance is an occasional dog (nervous ankle biter types [we have big dogs that are a great neighbors]).
