That was my thought too. I bet they have tons of petty theft.

And it's not even close to FH. The highway intersection pictured is I25 at 70th/Hwy 224 looking south from the top of the hill before 84th.
The building/yard at the lower left hand is the CDOT facility I worked out of for 16 years.
