Default CED millennium Chronograph......need some help please.

Ugh.... I am about to give up on this this. I bought a used CED millennium chronograph a few months back, and can not get it to work. I took it out and set it up per the instructions, I fired shots from various guns and could not get a reading. I have tried close up and far away, with and with out the screens on, switching the start and stop cables.....The read out just shows 0000. I have tried the "flash light" test at home and it reads fine, so I think the sensors are okay. I just don't know what else to do.... HELP.

I have one and love it........I assume you have a good fresh strong battery in the unit......I would find a buddy with one in your club or neighborhood and see if you can use their sensors and your control unit........if the unit works then you know its your sensors, if the unit doesn't work, then it may be your control unit......swap out and see if you can figure out what part of your chrono is not working

I am not out to the range until March or so, Watkins Rd and I 70 if you can wait that long......PM me.

Other than that, call support.......see if they can help

I tried every thing I had with me. 223 243 9mm 45acp. The only real tip the trouble shooting guide has is how to do the flashlight test, and when I do the flashlight test it reads a good velocity. 1700ish fps. The battery is brand new.

Probably no help then. I had a similar chronograph years ago and the smaller bullets wouldn't pick up unless I shot them low over the sensors. A shot through the middle or up high wouldn't register. Probably not the issue with yours. Especially if it wouldn't read the 45.

I did notice the chronograph you have gets pretty bad reviews online. Perhaps there's something wrong with it?
