They've been in business for a while and based on my dealing with them. Very good CS. Response time via e-mail is usually 36hrs or less. A nice product, unfortunately like all dedicated pistol caliber lowers, OOS / back ordered. We ended up with JRC carbines, uses glock mags AND can swap calibers for $300 or less per caliber.

I do like the JRC though.
Come up and road the the one's we have. The pro's of the jrc , ease / cost of caliber conversion AND ambidextrous capable. The spouse is set up for l/hand, mine right. The down side (for the purist) is't Not an AR. Shooting suppressed sucks since it's Ambi the blow back hit's you like a sand storm. HOWEVER... i can fab up a blast shield out of light tin, resolving the issue.

Good company, quick shipping, no complaints what so ever. (They also do Mil discount for active duty.)
Just built a Colt pattern QC10 SBR and couldn't be happier. Was crushed when DDLES went under (or what ever is going on with them) so was happy to see someone else pick up the design.

Best looking 9mm AR out there hands down. Solid and it looks like it is purpose built. Every other AR 9 I see looks like an after thought in my opinion. This thing is a BLAST to shoot.

    Teaser pic...
